Good value, room was bright, stuff where lovely. Units with private bathroom🙂😀

The room here was spotless and filled with natural light, which I really liked. the staff was fantastic - always by my side. the location was awesome too, just a short and pleasant walk from the train station. 🌟

Got bright and exceptionally comfortable room with private bathroom close to the central station as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. Good and great location - short way from everywhere we needed.

This place is a peaceful spot to stay, conveniently located near a bus stop to the airports, city center, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area.

Het hotel was mooi en superschoon. We waren onder de indruk van de fantastische maaltijden en het vriendelijke personeel. Het zwembad was ook geweldig, vooral na een dag vol activiteiten in de prachtige omgeving. We willen vooral Anton complimenteren, hij stond altijd voor ons klaar en maakte graag een praatje. We waarderen ook de gratis zomerkaart waarmee we allerlei leuke activiteiten konden ondernemen. Enkele aanraders zijn Fun actionpark Huben, een bezoek aan de Mountain bar op de top van de berg met de lift, heerlijke wandelingen maken en het motormuseum verkennen. Kortom, we hebben hier een fantastisch verblijf gehad.

The rooms at Malpensata were super cozy and comfortable. I could simply relax and feel right at home. The private bathroom with a shower was just what I needed, making my stay even more convenient. Having a wardrobe in the room was so handy to keep my things organized during my stay. I loved that the room had a flat-screen TV, perfect for chilling and watching my favourite shows.

Personally, I would have preferred if the room had a balcony. But hey, that's just me!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is within walking distance of the train station. This makes it easy to explore the city and also to catch transportation to other nearby areas. the hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, providing a pleasant atmosphere.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that the rooms facing the street can be noisy due to external sounds. this can be mitigated by requesting a room that is not facing the street.

The room was spacious and clean, just like the pictures. the location was convenient, being a short walk from the train station. Plus, the host was friendly and responsive, providing helpful information and even arranging a taxi for me.

the neighborhood didn't feel very safe, especially for solo female travelers. there were some issues with cleanliness, as I found an old shampoo bottle with hairs in the shower.

I always return to my favorite place for a romantic escape. They helped me when my phone charger broke. It has everything I need: TV, express check-in/out, pet-friendly, and no smoking. No regrets!

The property is conveniently located near attractions like Accademia Carrara and Bergamo Cathedral. Orio Al Serio International Airport is nearby too. Perfect for sightseeing and easy travel!

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful noise from the nearby Gewiss Stadium. Such a soothing lullaby at night!

I always return to this hotel for a reason. The staff kindly guided me on my first visit. With amenities like a TV, speedy check-in/out, pet-friendliness, and a smoke-free environment, it is a perfect fit for my frequent business trips. No regrets, always satisfied.

As a solo traveler, I had a wonderful experience at Malpensata. The host was friendly and quick to respond, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They even provided a taxi number for my convenience. The room was spacious with plenty of natural light, and I loved having my own cute little balcony. The owners were exceptionally kind, allowing me to rest in the room when I fell ill. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to communicate with me, which I truly appreciated. their hospitality and consideration were commendable.
